Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us”, and “CV Shark” refer to CV Shark Consulting FZCO. “You” refers to the client or program participant.

By purchasing or participating in any of our services, programs, calls, consulting, training, or digital content (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

CV Shark Consulting FZCO provides advisory, coaching, educational, and consulting services in the field of: career strategy, positioning for international job markets, CV and LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, structured job-search execution and accountability.

Our Services are designed for: mid-level and senior professionals, international job seekers and expatriates, career switchers, professionals targeting competitive markets (US / UK / EU).

We provide strategic guidance, frameworks, tools, structure, and accountability.

We do not provide: employment placement, recruitment agency services, legal advice, immigration advice, psychological counselling, financial investment guidance.

You acknowledge that all hiring decisions are made by employers, and therefore we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, or employment results.

3. Application & Engagement Process

Access to our structured programs is available on an application basis.

Our team reviews your background, market goals, and readiness to determine suitability and the most appropriate engagement model.

We reserve the right to decline applications that are not aligned with our methodology, scope, or service structure.

4. Payment Terms

All fees, prices, and payment schedules are communicated prior to engagement.

By confirming participation or submitting payment, you agree: to pay the agreed-upon program or service fee via the accepted payment methods (e.g., Stripe, card payment, bank transfer) in the stated currency according to the selected payment plan (if applicable).

Access to Services may be conditional upon receipt of full or partial payment.

Invoices and receipts will be issued electronically.

5. Delivery of Services

Our Services may include (depending on engagement): online consultations, structured coaching sessions, CV and profile optimization, strategic advisory sessions, digital learning materials, interview preparation frameworks, structured execution support and accountability

Services are typically delivered online (e.g., Zoom, Skool), unless otherwise agreed.

You are responsible for maintaining internet connectivity and device access.

6. Client Responsibilities

To achieve maximum value from our Services, you acknowledge that:
- results depend on your effort, execution, and consistency
- we rely on accurate information that you provide
- you remain fully responsible for your job-search decisions and actions
- you must comply with applicable employment and immigration laws

You agree not to misuse the Services, redistribute proprietary content, or misrepresent your qualifications.

7. No Guarantee of Employment or Outcome

While our programs are designed to improve clarity, positioning, structure, and execution discipline, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to: job interviews, job offers, compensation level, career advancement, relocation success

Hiring is influenced by multiple factors beyond our control.
You accept full responsibility for your career decisions and job-search outcomes.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy will be clearly stated prior to purchase for each engagement.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, program and consulting fees are non-refundable once Services have commenced or access has been granted, due to the advisory and personalized nature of our work.

We review each request fairly and in good faith.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, templates, course content, tools, videos, and resources provided as part of the Services remain the intellectual property of CV Shark Consulting FZCO.

You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own professional use only.

You may not: copy, share, resell, reproduce, publish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- total liability shall not exceed the total fee paid for the Services
- we shall not be responsible for employer decisions or third-party processes

You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

11. Compliance & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection regulation.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence and employment.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data solely for the purpose of: providing Services, communication, billing, and legal compliance.

We may use third-party platforms (such as Stripe, email systems, CRMs) in accordance with applicable data-protection regulations.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
